These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Sold Fast website (www.soldfast.com.au) and car buying services provided by Sold Fast ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Sold Fast provides a vehicle purchasing service for private sellers. We assess vehicles, provide offers, and purchase vehicles that meet our buying criteria. Our service is free to use — we do not charge sellers any fees or commissions.
Submitting an enquiry does not obligate us to purchase your vehicle, nor does it obligate you to sell your vehicle to us. An offer becomes binding only when both parties have signed the relevant transfer documentation.
Our standard buying criteria applies to vehicles that are under 12 years old or have fewer than 180,000 km on the odometer, located anywhere in NSW, ACT or QLD. Vehicles outside these criteria may be assessed at our discretion, particularly for sellers located in our local Greater Sydney area.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your vehicle and yourself. Providing false or misleading information may result in withdrawal of any offer and may constitute fraud. Sold Fast reserves the right to vary or withdraw an offer if the vehicle does not match the description provided.
All offers made by Sold Fast are indicative until a physical vehicle inspection has been completed. We reserve the right to adjust or withdraw an offer following inspection if the vehicle's condition materially differs from what was described in the enquiry. Offers are valid for 48 hours from the time of issue unless otherwise stated.
If your vehicle has finance owing, we will obtain a payout figure from your financier and deduct this from the offer price. You warrant that you have disclosed all finance and encumbrances on the vehicle. Sold Fast runs a PPSR check on all vehicles prior to purchase.
Payment is made via Osko (fast bank transfer) to your nominated Australian bank account. Payment is processed on the day of vehicle handover, following the completion and signing of all transfer documentation. Funds typically land within seconds of transfer. We do not accept requests for cash payment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sold Fast is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our liability is limited to the value of the transaction in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
